Ready-to-Earn Computer / Customer Service Training

Goodwill's Ready-to-Earn Computer / Customer Service training provides individuals with the skills needed for successful employment in the call center industries with starting wages of $8.00 - 12.00 per hour.


This 4-week training program provides basic computer, keyboarding, customer service, telephone etiquette, Windows operating system, and Internet skills training.  This program is provided at no cost to our students and requires no prior computer experience.


Admission criteria for this training program include:

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. 18 Years of Age
  3. Speak and Read English Proficiently
  4. Eighth Grade Reading Comprehension Level on Pre-Admission Reading Test
  5. Pass Background Check
  6. Clear Speaking Voice
  7. Want to Work Immediately
  8. Motivated to Succeed in the Call Center Industry

Upon completing this 4-week training program, students are provided with interview skills training and comprehensive job placement assistance.


Goodwill's Ready-to-Earn Computer / Customer Service training program is highly respected by area employers and has won three national awards. This program is accredited under CARF-the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities-Employment Skills Training and licensed by the Arizona Board for Private Postsecondary Education.
