Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona (GISA) provides a wide array of employment, training, and job search services that increase access to economic opportunities and living-wage employment. During 2008 GISA served approximately 5,000 Tucson and Pima County residents through training and employment opportunities.

Goodwill GoodGuidesTM
The GoodGuidesTM program is part of a national initiative by Goodwill Industries International and funded by a grant from the Department of Justice Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.
The program is designed to promote opportunity and positive choices for youth who are at risk for delinquency and contact with the juvenile justice system. By engaging youth in positive activities with adults who are strong role models, youth receive the encouragement and support they need to maximize their potential.
