Work Adjustment Training for People with Disabilities

Goodwill's Work Adjustment Training services are provided in our Business and Industrial Center. This program is designed to assist the individual to determine if they are able to return to work without aggravating their disability.

Individual participating in this program must be referred and supported by the State of Arizona Rehabilitation Services (RSA) or the Veteran's Administration. Services are time-limited, based on the needs of the individual, and are generally six to nine months in length.

Many people with disabilities return to productive jobs in the community or to school after completing their Work Adjustment Training program at Goodwill.
